- AAS Week: Rosa Parks March

- Description: The culmination of AAS Week is the annual Rosa Parks March, which begins at the North Quad and processes through the streets near central campus, lead by a GoWest Transit bus decorated to honor Ms. Rosa Parks, African American Freedom Fighter and icon of the civil rights movement. Speakers at the ceremony will include Antwan Taylor, AASDC President, Romesa Mickens, BSA President, Darren Heard, SGA President, and Dr. Audrey Watkins, Associate Professor of African American Studies.
