Hannibal Cannibal 5K/10K

- U.S.A. TRACK & FIELD CERTIFIED COURSE
- 10K Run (timed), 5K Walk / Run (timed) and a Fun Run for the kids
- During National Tom Sawyer Days in downtown Hannibal, MO
- In 2011 over 1900 runners / walkers from 32 states joined us for one of the toughest races in America
- 100% of the proceeds from the Hannibal Cannibal go to the Hannibal Regional Hospital Foundation
