"Enrich YOU @ WIU!" are events designed to provide professional development and knowledge-based opportunities about WIU and your career path. ALL WIU employees--faculty, staff, and administrators are invited to participate in any events offered, free of charge (unless otherwise indicated). Seating is limited, registration is required.

Information Technology Training

Microsoft Office trainings now include the 2013 versions. Sessions are offered for Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Word, and range in level from introduction to expert. Microsoft Office trainings are offered for both the Macomb and Quad Cities campus communities, but can also be requested by department, office or on an individual basis. Trainings such as Zimbra, Google Docs, and others are available through HR. Employees in need of help with applications or processes regarding software or technology are welcome to contact Talent Management with any questions or requests.

Group trainings are offered throughout the calendar year at both campuses. Watch your Tele-STARS messages for more information. Trainings are also posted on the HR Talent Management Facebook page as well as on Twitter at WIU_HR. To request future training sessions, please contact Talent Management.
