Resources or Recommendations

"One of my very favorite authors is Brene Brown. She has numerous books and also has a podcast, Unlocking Us, that is fantastic. I would also recommend the Cleveland Clinic Wellness App. This is a free app that teaches several different types of relaxation exercises. I believe in self-care and self-compassion. I often tell my students to try talking to themselves as nicely and compassionately as they would their best friend."

Marsha enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She loves riding ATVs, traveling, football, and watching Netflix.
