Sigma Sigma Sigma Sorority
Michelle Dumelle has been heavily involved in her sorority and the WIU campus community since her freshman year, fall 2010. Within Sigma Sigma Sigma, Michelle served as the Homecoming liaison for two years (2012 & 2013), Greek Week Liaison (2013), and Public Relations Chair. On her sorority Officer Board, Michelle served as Secretary, and continues to hold multiple positions and be heavily involved as a senior. Not only is Michelle active within her sorority, but within the Greek Community as well. She helped with Panhellenic formal recruitment by serving as a Recruitment Counselor during fall 2013. She is the current Editor of the Greek Gazette as well as the Panhellenic Greek Week Chair. Additionally, Michelle is an initiated member of Rho Lambda and Order of Omega Honorary Societies. Michelle's efforts have been noticed by other chapters as well as evidence of this nomination by the Phi Sigma Sigma Sorority Chapter President, Maddy Gerald.
Alpha Gamma Sigma Fraternity
Joseph Ehrhardt has exceeded in class with a high GPA and is very active in his chapter. He serves as the secretary on the executive board as well as the Homecoming and Greek Week Chair as well. Joseph helps on the fundraising and philanthropy committee too. He is a great role model for the younger members of the chapter and he strives to help them as a mentor. At home, Joseph is active in his church and has given many hours of community service to his hometown. Joseph is the recipient of a Farm Bureau Scholarship, WIU Scholarship, and has been on the Dean's list every semester.
