Thompson Dining Center, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offers a great selection of fresh foods, some of which you won’t find anywhere else on campus! During breakfast Monday-Friday, all day Saturday and brunch Sunday is the 3 Egg Omelet Bar. Monday, a definite student favorite, you will find Rocky Western Wings, Tuesday is Fajita Fresca, Wednesday will feature our new barbeque station Bulldog BBQ, and Thursday and Sunday the West Side Noodle Company is available. Monday through Friday lunch and dinner is Simple Servings, an allergen free platform. These are in addition to our Classics line, a fresh Salad Bar and Soup, Route 67 Grill, #PieontheFly, Build Your Own Deli (BYOD), Simply to Go products and a selection of convenience store items. 3 Egg Omelet Bar

Create your very own omelet every morning at breakfast! Pick your favorite ingredients, hand it off to the staff and watch while they make it fresh just for you. Not in the mood for an omelet, no problem, get eggs your way: fried, scrambled, over-easy or sunny side up. Be sure to check out our rotating breakfast entrees including pancakes, French toast and cinnamon rolls!

Classics Cuisine

Cooking with a creative flair; wholesome meals based on traditional comfort foods. At Classics you can find a well-rounded meal including meats carved to order.

Rocky Western Wings

If you are a wing fanatic then you will love Rocky Western Wings! We offer traditional and boneless chicken wings with your choice of sauce. Choose from one of our 12 signature sauces from delightfully sweet Honey BBQ to Rocky’s Ghost, the hottest sauce in town!

Fajita Fresca

Craving Mexican-inspired cuisine made fresh then look no further; Fajita Fresca is where it’s at! Featuring chicken, steak, shrimp or bean fajitas with a rotation of tacos, nachos and burritos this station will make it just for you, hot and delicious! Top it off with our selection of ingredients including fresh guacamole made in-house. Make it a meal by adding Mexican rice and refried beans.

West Side Noodle Company

This station is all about noodles; all your favorites from spaghetti to fettuccine plus macaroni and more! You can create your own pasta dish with our selection of fresh ingredients and sauces! We make it hot and fast just for you! Just don’t forget the bread!

Simple Servings

This station offers flavorful meals prepared without milk, eggs, wheat, soy, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts or gluten. Whether you have an allergy or focused on portions sizes or ingredients for weight control, blood sugar or other health reasons, you will find plain and simple wellness promoting foods.

Build your own pizza with a variety of toppings to choose from. Available daily during lunch and dinner.

Build your Own Deli (BYOD)

Create your own sub sandwich at Build Your Own Deli! All 6 inch subs include your choice of bread, cheese and fresh veggies. Be sure to check out our weekly rotating specialty breads and hot subs including Meatball, Philly Steak, Gyro and much more! This station is only available during lunch hours.

Route 67 Grill

From burgers to chicken wings, each day we feature a specialty sandwich, fry and appetizer in addition to our all-time favorite Cheeseburgers, Turkey Burgers and Veggie Burgers.

Thompson Convenience Store

The Thompson C-Store offers a wide variety of snacks and beverages including Simply To Go pre-made sandwiches, salads and parfaits. During the evening hours a selection of pizza by the slice is available. From ice cream pints, frozen entrees, or grocery staples, you can find it here. Laundry detergent, toothpaste, shampoo and batteries are just a few of the items you will find in our Sundry department.

Miss dinner or still hungry? You can order #PieontheFly and Late Night Wings for pickup! Traditional and Boneless Wings are available in General Tso, Buffalo, Chipotle BBQ and Honey BBQ sauces.
