News

  • New! Both the east and west doors of the Spencer Student Recreation Center are now fully accessible!
  • Introductions to the Cybex weight machines are available for free. Sign-up at wiu.edu/fitness.
  • Modifications are given during every group fitness class to accommodate different fitness levels.
  • We have recently added "dots" to the controls of several cardio machines to make it easier for individuals to navigate the speed and the incline of the machine.
