Quad Cities Campus

Aquaria, Biology, and Zoology Society (ABZS)

Mission: To bring students together to share fascinating biological topics and activities, honor new discoveries, and inspire future scientific leaders.

The WIU-QC Aquaria, Biology and Zoology society (ABZS) seeks to enrich the education of its members with hands-on experiences related to biology, zoos, and aquaria. Anyone interested in these areas are welcome to join. As a group we try to base our activities on what our members want to do and learn. Some of the activities of the past include a trip to the Peoria zoo, attending conferences, hiking, and a haunted hay rack ride for fundraising.

Anyone interested can come to the meetings. We have big plans for this semester and hope to see some new faces joining us soon.
