Aquaria, Biology, and Zoology Society (ABZS)
The WIU-QC Aquaria, Biology and Zoology society (ABZS) seeks to enrich the education of its members with hands-on experiences related to biology, zoos, and aquaria. Anyone interested in these areas are welcome to join. As a group we try to base our activities on what our members want to do and learn. Some of the activities of the past include a trip to the Peoria zoo, attending conferences, hiking, and a haunted hay rack ride for fundraising. Our meetings are normally on the first and third Wednesdays of the month at the 60th street campus.
Anyone interested can come to the meetings, email us at email@example.com , or even join our group on Facebook. We have big plans for this semester and hope to see some new faces joining us soon.
ABZS Advisor is Dr. Jeanette Thomas.
