Photo of Carolyn EhlertCarolyn Ehlert Fuller recently retired from Deere & Company as director of Public Affairs & Program Support, Public Affairs Worldwide. She worked at Deere & Company since 1979 and also served as manager of Illinois Government Affairs and manager of Public Policy Planning.

Ehlert Fuller is a member of the Illinois Coal Development Board, is a past member of the board of directors of the Illinois Quad City Chamber of Commerce and the Business and Industry Federation of Economic Concern. She is also a member of the Women's Legislative Network and Illinois Women in Government. Ehlert Fuller has served on the Illinois State Chamber of Commerce Focus 2000 Committee and the Illinois Manufacturers Association Government Affairs Committee.

She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marycrest College and a master's degree in business administration from St. Ambrose University.
