MACOMB, IL - - Due to continuing winter weather conditions, a University advisory has been issued for Western Illinois University's Macomb campus for Wednesday, Feb. 14.

Classes will be held during an advisory.

A University weather advisory allows employees the option to use accrued vacation time, compensatory time or approved leave without pay after notifying their supervisor, explained Vice President for Administrative Services Jackie Thompson.

The Macomb and WIU Quad Cities campuses were closed Feb. 13.

The WIU policy on limiting University operations because of emergency conditions is available in the Administrative Procedures Handbook, which can be viewed on the Web at
