Timely Warning of Suspicious Male on WIU Campus

MACOMB, IL - Western Illinois University's Office of Public Safety issued a statement today that a nude male was seen standing about 20-25 feet from the Lamoine River foot bridge between Lamoine Village and Thompson Hall at approximately 9:15 a.m.
OPS Director Robert Fitzgerald said University housing was immediately made aware of the incident. He also reminded students to walk in pairs or groups. OPS can also provide escorts, if needed. Call OPS at 298-1949.
