Ryan Named Employee of the Month

MACOMB, IL -- The Civil Service Employees Council (CSEC) at Western Illinois University is pleased to announce that Danna Ryan, building service worker, has been selected as the August Civil Service Employee of the Month.

Ryan was acknowledged by her nominators for “her enthusiasm in her job and the pride that she shows in her work.” Ryan was also credited for going out of her way to ensure the departments and areas she is responsible for are kept neat and orderly. “She pays attention to the small details and she has a positive attitude,” her nominators added.

Ryan started as a building service worker at WIU in August 1980.

“Danna’s pride in her work and her extra efforts are evident in the work she completes on a daily basis,” said Paula Stull, CSEC public relations officer. “Her dedication makes Western an even better place for everyone.”
