Honors College Accepting Proposals for Thomas E. Helm Undergraduate Research Day

MACOMB, IL – Western Illinois University's Centennial Honors College is accepting proposals for the Thomas E. Helm Undergraduate Research Day, which will be Wednesday, April 17, in the University Union.

The Undergraduate Research Day is a university-wide event to celebrate research, scholarship and creativity. Students are encouraged to submit an abstract and will have the option to compete in poster, performance or podium presentations.

Participation for Undergraduate Research Day is open to all WIU undergraduate students. Participants must submit their abstract and submission form by Friday, April 5. To submit an abstract, visit wiu.edu/centennial_honors_college/research_day/researchday.php.

There is a limit of three student participants for each poster and podium presentation. There is not a limit on the number of participants for the performance presentations.
