WIU Veterans Club, ROTC Hold Competitive Events Nov. 5-6 and 8

MACOMB, IL – As part of the celebration of Military Appreciation Week, Monday-Sunday, Nov. 5-11, the Western Illinois University Veterans Club and the ROTC (Reserve Officer Training Corps) program will engage in a variety of competitions Monday-Tuesday and Thursday, Nov 5-6 and 8.

The events are open free to the public.

The schedule includes:

• Monday Nov. 5 at 6 p.m. in Horrabin Hall gymnasium - dodge ball and tug of war.
 
• Tuesday Nov. 6 at 5 p.m. in the Campus Recreation Center - bench press competition.
 
• Tuesday Nov. 8 at 7 p.m. on Hansen Field - flag football.
