WIU School of Music Presents Guest Recital Sept. 13

MACOMB, IL - The Western Illinois University School of Music will present a Guest Recital, featuring violist Christine Rutledge, pianist David Gompper, violinist Scott Conklin and oboist Courtney Miller at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13 in the College of Fine Arts and Communication (COFAC) Recital Hall.

All performers are University of Iowa School of Music faculty members. Their performance will feature works by the Austro-Hungarian composer Hans Gál: Sonata for Viola and piano, Op. 101, Divertimento for Violin and Viola, Op. 90, no. 3, Trio for Oboe, Violin and Viola, Op. 94, and Suite for Viola and Piano, op. 102a.
