MACOMB, IL -- To continue efforts to maintain positive lines of communication, Western Illinois University President Jack Thomas will hold a series of brown bag lunch conversations during the academic year. The second President's Brown Bag Lunch Conversation will be held from noon-1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 15 in the University Union Brattain Lounge. The inaugural Brown Bag Lunch Conversation was held Oct. 19.

The lunch event is intended for anyone who wants to participate in a dialogue with Thomas and take the opportunity to ask questions.

"This provides us with another informal opportunity to communicate," Thomas said. "I invite members of our University community, as well as our local community, to bring their lunch to the Brattain Lounge on Nov. 15 and enjoy a casual hour of conversation and fellowship."

Additional lunch hour conversations will be scheduled for the Spring 2018 semester.
