WIU Plans Career and Internship Fair, Graduate Program Expo

MACOMB/MOLINE, IL – The 2017 Fall Career and Internship Fair and Graduate Program Expo at Western Illinois University will be held from noon-3 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 3 on the Macomb campus and from 1:30-4 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 28 on the Quad Cities campus.

The Macomb event will be held in the University Union Grand Ballroom and the Quad Cities event will be held in Riverfront Hall.

Both events are open free to WIU students, alumni and the public. More than 60 companies will be recruiting for full-time employees and for interns.

Professional attire is required for job and internship applicants. Attendees are also encouraged to meet with a Career Development Center staff member to have their resume reviewed before the fair.

The WIU Graduate Program Expo is hosted by the School of Graduate Studies in conjunction with the career and internship fair. There will be representatives from approximately 15 WIU graduate programs on hand to answer questions.
