WIU Study Abroad Fair Sept. 13

MACOMB, IL – The Office of Study Abroad and Outreach at Western Illinois University will host its study Abroad Fair from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 13 in the Quad between Morgan and Stipes halls.

Information will be available about the programs WIU offers in more than 60 countries around the world, as well as the hundreds of scholarships earmarked specifically for international education opportunities and internships.

Faculty and staff will be on hand to talk about the programming available to Western students, including faculty-led courses in specific academic areas. Semesters studying abroad are available in a wide variety of academic disciplines and are affordable, with most financial aid and Commitment Scholarships available to be used toward the cost.

Food, including hot dogs, chips, soda, water and cookies, will be available for purchase at the event.
