MACOMB, IL — Western Illinois University School of Agriculture's 2017 Agronomy Field Day will feature a tour of weed-management research trials being conducted at the WIU Agricultural Field Laboratory. The program will begin at noon Thursday, June 22 at the WIU Agricultural Livestock Center.

According to Mark Bernards, associate professor of agronomy, the event will begin with welcome remarks and lunch. A two-hour guided tour of research trials at the WIU Agricultural Field Laboratory will follow.

The 2017 Agronomy Field Day is open free to the public.

The WIU Agricultural Livestock Center is located at 2201 Wigwam Hollow Rd. (Macomb).
