Administrative Professional's Day 2017

MACOMB IL – The 2017 Administrative Professionals' Day Luncheon will be held from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 26 at Colonel Rock's Bistro, in the University Union's Lamoine Room.

This year's event theme is a Mexican fiesta and provides an opportunity to celebrate WIU staff members.

Students from the catering class in WIU's Department of Dietetics, Fashion Merchandising and Hospitality will work together with Sodexo to prepare this year's meal and have a hands-on learning experience at the same time.

This year's menu includes a salad bar, beef enchilada soup and a taco bar.

Reservations are required by Thursday, April 21 and can be made by calling (309) 298-1291. Lunch is $10.03 per person, plus tax, and can be paid in advance by check, credit card, meal plan or Rocky Dollars.
