WIU's COFAC Hosting Fundraiser for Student Conference

MACOMB, IL – The College of Fine Arts and Communication will host a Print Works fundraiser for students from the Western Illinois University Department of Art to attend the Southern Graphics Council International conference in Atlanta, GA, March 15-19.

The college is seeking sponsors for one or more students for $100 each. Students will attend workshops, present their portfolios for juried exhibitions, attend demonstrations and listen to speakers.

Sponsors are invited to a reception from 4:30-6 p.m. Tuesday, March 28 at the University Art Gallery, where they will receive five limited edition silk screen prints created specifically for the Print Works fundraiser.

Print portfolios are limited to the first 33 sponsors and are due by Tuesday, March 14. A link to a pledge card can be found at wiu.edu/cofac/art/.
