Foster Obituary

MACOMB, IL – Retired Western Illinois University housekeeping employee Norma Foster, 83, passed away Friday, Sept. 9 in Eureka Springs, AR.
Foster was employed by WIU for more than 20 years.
She is survived by her brother, Virgil, of Macomb, and several cousins.
Graveside services were held Wednesday, Sept. 14 in Point Pleasant Cemetery, near New Philadelphia, IL.
