Spring Lake Hosting Free WIU Student Day

WIU students can ‘Take a Break at Spring Lake' on Saturday, May 7. Students with valid WIU ID's will be able to use any of the park's equipment free.
Spring Lake offers kayak and canoe rentals. Students may also take advantage of several hiking and biking trails, try their hand at fishing, or just soak up some sun next to the water.
The free day is to promote outdoor recreation activities for students and provide some stress relief before finals week.
