MACOMB, IL - - Western Illinois University's Horn Environmental Learning Project will present the annual Earthfest celebration from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday, April 23 at Chandler Park in Macomb.

The event, designed to celebrate and promote environmental awareness, will feature a bike parade; arts and crafts; Yoga, belly dancing and hula hooping classes; gong therapy; seed planting; face painting; bag tournaments; a contest for Mr. and Mrs. Earthfest; environmental awareness and sustainability educational tables and live art. There will also be food from Hy-Vee and live music from Chew Toy, Marmaletta, Blue Dream, the WIU Jazz Combo and Mr. Constant.
