MACOMB, IL -- Services for Western Illinois University student Ashley Renee McCloud-Francies have been set for 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 6 at the Rock of Ages Baptist Church, Maywood. A wake will take place at 10 a.m.

WIU Mourns Student Death

MACOMB, IL -- The Western Illinois University community is saddened to learn of the death of WIU student Ashley Renee McCloud-Francies, 27, of Macomb, who died Jan. 24 in Macomb.
McCloud-Francies was pursuing a bachelor's degree in social work.
"We extend our deepest sympathies to Ashley's family, friends and classmates," said Western Illinois University President Jack Thomas.
Funeral services are pending.
