RAC To Host Thanksgiving Dinner

MACOMB, IL -- Resident Assistant Council (RAC) at Western Illinois University will hold its 14th Annual Thanksgiving Dinner Thursday, Nov. 19 for those in need in the Macomb community.
The Salvation Army, 505 N. Randolph St., will host the event, allowing WIU students and residence life staff to prepare and distribute the food using their facilities. The dinner will begin at 5 p.m.
"We are excited to give back to the Macomb community in this capacity," said Drew Reyes, a member of the council. "RA Council does this dinner every year to provide a warm, hearty Thanksgiving meal for those who might not be able to have their own."
