PAS "Gala Rouge" is Nov. 14 at WIU

MACOMB, IL – The annual Performing Arts Society (PAS) Gala and Silent Auction, with a "Gala Rouge" theme, will be held from 5:30-11 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14.

The event, which raises money to provide free year-round arts programming for more than 6,000 area school children, will be held in the University Union Grand Ballroom. This year's gala is sponsored by MidAmerica National Bank.

The gala will feature unlimited food stations, dancing and a silent auction and tables of eight, nine or 10 are available. Food stations include Spectacular-Spectacular Steak, Whiskey Barrel Chicken, a choose your own pasta bar and a dessert bar.

The gala's proceeds support the PAS Youth Performing Arts Series (YPAS), which, since 1984, has has brought more than 180,000 children to WIU to see live performances
