Planning & Accomplishments Presentations Set for April 30-May 1

MACOMB/MOLINE, IL -- Western Illinois University's planning and accomplishments presentations will be held from 9 a.m.-noon Thursday-Friday, April 30-May 1 in the University Union Capitol Rooms on the WIU-Macomb campus and via videoconferencing to Rooms 103-104 on the WIU-Riverfront campus in Moline.
The presentations provide the campus communities with a progress report of the University's master plan, and allows University leadership to share division accomplishments and goals, including fiscal savings suggestions, for the upcoming year.
The schedule is as follows:
Thursday, April 30
9 a.m. – Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs Ken Hawkinson
10 a.m. – Vice President for Administrative Services Julie DeWees
11 a.m. – Vice President for Advancement and Public Services Brad Bainter
Friday, May 1
9 a.m. – Vice President for Student Services Gary Biller
10 a.m. – Vice President for Quad Cities and Planning Joe Rives
11 a.m. – President's Area (presented by Rita Moore, director of Internal Auditing)
Western employees may be granted release time to attend the presentations. The availability of release time will be evaluated by supervisors based on maintaining essential staffing levels in campus operations.
