Students to Serve Administrative Professional's Day Lunch

MACOMB, IL – Students in the Western Illinois University Department of Dietetics, Fashion Merchandising and Hospitality (DFMH) will host a "Taste of Italy" luncheon Wednesday, April 22 as part of Administrative Professional's Day.

The event will be held from 11:30 a.m.- 1 p.m. in the University Union Grand Ballroom. Tickets are $15 each and the price includes a meal, entertainment, gifts and door prizes.

Students from the DFMH catering class have worked on the event with Sodexo and University Union Office of Conference and Event Services staff as a hands-on learning experience in planning and holding a successful event.

The "Taste of Italy" menu will including a caeser salad, chicken romano, Italian meatballs, a pasta bar and cupcakes.
