Colonel Rock’s Bistro Now Open

MACOMB, IL - - Colonel Rock's Bistro is open in the Western Illinois University Union for the spring semester. The buffet-style service is open Monday - Friday, 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m,. in the Lamoine Room.

Guests can enjoy one trip to the full buffet for $9.79 or a salad and soup combo for $5.95. Both options include freshly-baked artisan bread and a drink.
