President's International String Quartet to Perform at WIU Nov. 19

MACOMB, IL — The President's International String Quartet at Western Illinois University will perform a recital at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 19 in the College of Fine Arts and Communication (COFAC) Recital Hall.

The concert is open free to the public.
