A ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of Phase II of the Western Illinois University-Quad Cities Riverfront campus will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 3 in the parking lot near the WIU-QC Complex Atrium. Gov. Pat Quinn has been invited.
Media may park at the Riverfront campus and at Ben Butterworth Park.
