Western Avenue: Periodic Lane Closures Oct. 10

MACOMB, IL -- One lane of Western Avenue, directly east of Western Illinois University's Horrabin Hall, will be closed periodically throughout the day Thursday, Oct. 10 to accommodate concrete work at the electrical substation adjacent to Horrabin.
