WIU's Graduation List, Summer 2013

MACOMB/MOLINE, IL - - More than 550 students earned academic degrees after the 2013 Summer semester at Western Illinois University. This includes 68 students that earned academic degrees at the Quad Cities campus.
Bachelor's degrees were awarded to nearly 415 students. This number includes 68 graduates that earned Western's Bachelor's of General Studies (BGS) degree. Master's degrees were earned by more than 135 graduates.
Academic distinction was awarded to undergraduate students who achieved high grade point averages. This includes: Summa Cum Laude, 3.90 GPA or higher on a 4.0 scale; Magna Cum Laude, 3.75 to 3.89 GPA; and Cum Laude, 3.6 to 3.75 GPA.
