WIU Faculty Assembly Aug. 15

MACOMB, IL - Western Illinois University's 2013 Faculty Assembly will be held from 10 a.m.-noon Thursday, Aug. 15 in the University Union Grand Ballroom. During the annual event, the University's new faculty will be introduced and welcomed to Macomb and WIU, and University administrators will discuss Western's academic initiatives, budget and enrollment.
Presenters include University President Jack Thomas and Budget Director Matt Bierman. Director of Undergraduate Admissions Andy Borst will provide an enrollment update, while Provost and Academic Vice President Ken Hawkinson will discuss the state of academic affairs at Western.
