IHSA Basketball Championships to Air on WIU Channels 3, 9

MACOMB, IL -- The Illinois High School Association's (IHSA) girls and boys basketball championship games will air on Western Illinois University's Television Services' (University Television - UTV) Channel 3 (Comcast subscribers) and Channel 9 (McDonough Communications customers).
The IHSA girls' championship games will air live from Redbird Arena Friday-Saturday, Feb. 22-23 and Friday-Saturday, March 1-2. Games include:
Friday, Feb. 22
Class 1A semifinal game #1, noon; #2, 1:45 p.m.
Class 2A semifinal game #1, 6:30 p.m.; #2, 8:15 p.m.
Saturday, Feb. 23
Class 1A third place game, noon
Class 1A championship game, 1:45 p.m.
Class 2A third place game, 6:30 p.m.
Class 2A championship game, 8:15 p.m.
Friday, March 1
Class 3A semifinal game # 1, noon; #2, 1:45 p.m.
Class 4A semifinal game #1, 6:30 p.m.; #2, 8:15 p.m.
Saturday, March 2
Class 3A third place game, noon
Class 3A championship game, 1:45 p.m.
Class 4A third place game, 6:30 p.m.
Class 4A championship game, 8:15 p.m.
The IHSA boys' championship games will air live from the Peoria Civic Center Friday-Saturday, March 8-9 and Friday-Saturday, March 15-16. Games include:

Class 2A semifinal game #1, 6:30 p.m.; #2, 8:15 p.m.
