Sal "The Hit Man" Piacente Brings Dazzling Memory to Western Illinois University Feb. 27

MACOMB, IL – Memory expert and gaming master Sal "The Hit Man" Piacente will wow audiences during his BCA show at Western Illinois University on Wednesday, Feb. 27.

Piacente will perform at 7:30 p.m. in the COFAC Recital Hall.

After beginning his career as an Atlantic City blackjack dealer and working in the gaming business for 16 years, Piacente began using humor to demonstrate his flash memory techniques for audiences. He has worked as a fraud investigator in the casino industry and is currently a consultant for Hyatt Gaming Services, which runs 11 casinos around the world.

Piacente also trains police and casino surveillance teams to spot fraud and was a principle character in "High Stakes: Bet Your Life on Vegas," a 2001 show on The Learning Channel.

Tickets for the WIU show, available at bcabringsthestars.com/tickets, are $15 for the public, $10 for WIU employees, senior citizens and youth and free for WIU students with valid identification.
