Programs for Honors Students

"The Centennial Bill Honors College strongly encourages its students to pursue study abroad opportunities. We will assist in any way we can to support overseas study while you work with the Center for International Studies. As your plans develop, please come by the Honors College office to discuss how we can help."

- Dr. William Knox, Director, Centennial Honors College

Honors students can participate in any study abroad program available to WIU students. However, the following may be of special interest to honors students:

EuroScholars: This is a unique study abroad program for advanced students to conduct research at a high caliber institution while taking a language and culture class.  Over a dozen locations are available throughout Europe.

Communication Around the "World" faculty led program: Spend a week in Walt Disney World with Dave Zanolla and other Honors students while earning GH 301 credit.
