"It was my desire to become a permanent employee with Building Services. The Learner Program allowed me the opportunity to make it happen. It was a way for me to get hired as a full time employee. It was exciting to be selected. To participate in the program and to successfully complete it was rewarding. I'm looking forward to many years at WIU.
