"The learner trainee program offers an opportunity for individuals who may not be up to par in a particular skill area to attain the skill, get practice in a real working environment, and also offers time for the individual to reach the level required for the civil service position.
I am personally grateful for the opportunity and training I have received through the learner trainee program. The added benefit is the continued support our human resources department provides to assist me in perfecting skills, maintaining a positive and productive work environment and offerings to participate in further training and seminars for professional development.
