Important Deadlines for Students and Faculty

Effective Spring 2009:

Application for Graduation

Students must submit Application for Graduation to the School of Graduate Studies by the following dates:

Spring semester - March 10
Summer semester - June 10
Fall semester - October 10

Applications received after these dates will be automatically moved to the next semester.

Final Submission of Thesis/Dissertation


Dissertation
Electronic dissertations must be submitted to the School of Graduate Studies by the Friday before finals week.

Thesis - Non-electronic
Non-electronic theses must be submitted to the Archives department, Malpass Library by the Friday before finals week.

Thesis - Electronic
Electronic theses must be submitted to the School of Graduate Studies by the Friday before finals week.
