Military Consultant to Address University Community Oct. 26
The Western Illinois University Veterans Resource Center, the Council on Student Activity Funds and CITR will sponsor two presentations by a military consultant Thursday, Oct. 26 at 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. in the University Capitol Room in Macomb and Riverfront Room 120, on the Quad Cities Campus.
Alabama Professor to Lecture about Social Justice at WIU Oct. 26
Professor Aaron M. Kuntz, head of educational studies in psychology, research, methodology and counseling at the University of Alabama, will lead a research symposium at Western Illinois University from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 26 in the University Union Heritage Room.
Provost's Award of Excellence Winners
Five Western Illinois University faculty members and one academic adviser have been named 2017 Provost's Award of Excellence winners. The Center for Innovation in Teaching and Research (CITR) at WIU organized six-member committees charged with evaluating excellence in each of the determined areas.
Take Back the Night Rally Oct. 26 at WIU
