The Western Illinois University School of Law Enforcement and Justice Administration (LEJA) will host the Active Shooter Defense Workshop: Practical Responses to Aggression Friday, Feb. 28, starting at 8:15 a.m. at the Chicago Marriott Oak Brook in Oak Brook, IL.

RAD Classes Begin March 19
WIU's Office of Public Safety (OPS) will offer the Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) course beginning Wednesday, March 19.

Amanda Bergeson, full-time office support associate for WQPT, the Quad Cities Public Television station, has been named the Al and Elaine Goldfarb Civil Service Employee of the Month for February.
Kilmer Named College of Ed and Human Services Interim Assistant Dean at WIU-QC
Lloyd Kilmer has been named interim assistant dean in the College of Education and Human Services at Western Illinois University-Quad Cities, effective January 1.
