Email: KS-Hamilton@wiu.edu Katherine (Katie) Hamilton, M.S. CCC/SLP joined the WIU SPA faculty in Fall of 2022. Katie currently teaches SPA 312 (Normal Development of Speech and Language) and SPA 385 (Developmental Language Disorders). In addition to teaching, Katie is the clinic and internship coordinator and provides clinical supervision on-campus and off campus in local school systems. Prior to coming to WIU, Katie worked in the school setting for 10 years serving prek-high school students. Katie earned her Bachelor's and Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Western Illinois University in 2010 and 2013. Katie is licensed to practice in the state of Illinois and holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).
