Meet Our Alumni
2011 Graduate
Liz graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Liberal Studies and a Museum Studies Certificate. Liz was born and raised in Iowa City where she continues to reside with her family.
In addition to her studies at Western Illinois, Liz is pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Book Arts at the UI's Center for the Book. Her background includes administrative work in medical education and a term on the Iowa City Community School District Board of Directors.
Liz's ideal job would be an administrative role in a small to medium-sized museum, archives, or special collections library.
Today, Liz is the Assistant to the Director at the Pentacrest Museums at the University of Iowa, as well as a Secretary at the University of Iowa Center for Human Rights.
