The PAS Gala and Silent Auction 2010 celebrates DISCO. Join PAS members and guests for a Saturday Night Fever. Dance to the music of Chicago’s premiere Disco band, the Shagadelics.

Enjoy an exquisite Fever Menu that starts with Jerk Ahi Tuna on Lotus Root Chips and Maple Chicken Rumaki appetizers followed by Grilled Hearts of Romaine salad. Chose your entrée from Horseradish and Wasabi Panko Encrusted Chicken Breast or Marinated Beef Tenderloin Char Grilled to a Caramelized Finish or Vegetable Stuffed Red Bell Peppers.
