Kelsey A. Ault is the Office Manager for the Department of Communication and the Department of Broadcasting and Journalism. She splits her time between these offices, spending mornings in the Communication Department and afternoons in the Broadcasting and Journalism Department. As an Office Manager Kelsey provides administrative support to the students, staff and faculty of both departments. Before joining the civil service staff at WIU, Kelsey served in a managerial role in the private sector for several years, as well as serving as a volunteer firefighter.
