Wyman Teen Leadership Program

Description
The Wyman Teen Leadership Program is a year-round, six year leadership program for teens who are high potential, yet economically challenged. During the summer, they attend a 21 day residential experience at our 300+ acre camp in Eureka, MO. Our innovative program combines the best practices in adventure/outdoor education, youth development, and academic progress. Camp Cody

Description  
Camp Cody is part of a camping heritage that goes back to 1926. Nestled on the sandy beaches of beautiful Lake Ossipee amidst the White Mountains of New Hampshire, Cody offers a summer experience rich in fun, friendship, learning and adventure. A traditional summer camp for both girls and boys, campers range in age from seven to fifteen and CITs beginning their leadership programs at sixteen.

While Camp Cody’s facilities and location are terrific, we believe that it’s our camp counselors that make the summer experience truly special. Description
We are a non-profit organization that provides camp experiences/programs for kids (and their families) that have/had a cancer diagnosis. Junior Sports Club at Valley Lo Club

Description
Junior Sports Club is a six week sports day camp experience for the children of Valley Lo Club. Each year we hire 60 summer staff to share a summer of sports and fun with over 275 campers. WIU Summer Enrichment Programs

Description
Non-Credit programs provides four summer enrichment youth programs on the Western Illinois University campus. Counselors supervise two art, one film, and one girls math program. Each program is one week on campus. Counselors should be responsible, able to stay overnight in the residence halls with campers, and be willing and able to work in a team environment to coordinate recreational activities and supervise students. Meals and lodging are provided during camps and all counselors are paid for each camp they supervise. WIU students may also receive credit in the areas of education, RPTA, and social work for the summer camp position.

House in the Wood

Description
For more than a 100 years, House In The Wood Camp in Delavan, Wisconsin has been providing inner city children from Chicago with positive alternatives. We recruit staff members who believe in providing children with positive choices and have something to contribute in a collaborative work environment. Typically, half of our staff returns to House in the Wood for a second season. Our summer camp season runs from June 9th through August 14 (some positions start earlier and end later). Our coed camp sessions are two weeks long. We provide comprehensive staff training that includes Red Cross certifications. Camp White Eagle/Kupagani

Description
Camp White Eagle/Camp Kupagani Camp White Eagle offers a variety of programs. Camp Kupugani multicultural camp for girls offers two- and four-week sessions for girls only. Kupugani for boys offers a one-week session for boys only. Campers range in age from 7 to 15 and come from diverse backgrounds. For our Team Building Program, our staff members—by guiding and facilitating a group's movement through an engaging course of structured activities—help organizations of all kinds form solid bonds. Y-Zone Day Camp

Description
We serve roughly 100 students for 11 weeks.  We are located on the northwest side of Peoria on a 70 acres campus. Hours run from 7:00-5:30pm M-F. We offer swim lessons at our Olympic size pool, and have programs dedicated to teaching fitness, character education, devotions, red cross, 4-H, field trips and Vacation Bible School. We are looking to provide different themed weeks this year as well as focusing on outdoor education/adventure based programming. We are looking for those students who are interested in therapeutic recreation as well.

For 86 years, Camp Anokijig has offered campers age’s 7-16 resident camp experiences of 3 days to 9 wks. 1 hour north of Milwaukee, WI, activities include sailing, swimming, canoeing, archery, horseback riding, wilderness skills, rock-climbing, adventure tripping, plus more! The Salvation Army Eagle Crest Camp

The Salvation Army Eagle Crest Camp is located about 35 minutes northeast of Peoria, Illinois.  Our summer camping season operates from the end of May to the end of July. The Center for Courageous Kids

Sherwood Forest Camp

Description
Sherwood Forest Camp is nestled on 487 acres, just 100 miles south of St. Louis, in Lesterville, Missouri. Campers can explore forests, meadows, a 15-acre lake, creeks, and nearby state parks. North Star Camp

Description
North Star Camp is a residential boys summer camp in Northern Wisconsin. Founded in 1945 we've been providing meaningful summer experiences for kids from all over the US. Each summer we hire approximately 75 staff from all over the US and abroad.Our balanced program offers a diverse set of programs. Our campers enjoy athletics, water sports, adventure programming and arts. We also have an strong wilderness tripping program. We are looking for staff with skills in these areas. Life Adventure Center

Description
ʺWhere ADVENTURE is our middle name!ʺ  Join a dynamic team of experiential education professionals in the heart of the beautiful Bluegrass region, Kentucky. Life Adventure Center is an educational non-profit that uses hands-on learning in a natural setting. Receive great training and outdoor education experience in several program areas: high and low ropes challenge course, horsemanship, wilderness living trips, mountain biking. Blue Mountain Cenrer/ American Diabetes Association Camp EDI

Description
Camp EDI is an acronym for the three cornerstones of a healthy, active life: Exercise, Diet and Insulin. Medical professionals are on staff at all times supervising blood sugars, insulin doses, and diets. A Health Lodge is located on site with hospital facilities nearby. Staff consists of Pediatric Endocrinologists, nurses, dietitians and counselors. All counselors are over 18 years of age, most having personal diabetes management experience. All staff undergoes a screening process and receives a minimum of 24 class-time hours of pre-camp training.
Camp offers campers the opportunity to experience the fun of camp in a medically safe environment. Besides the typical camp activities, such as swimming, boating, hikiing, and arts and crafts, campers participate in daily, ""wellness classes,"" diabetes education with a member of our medical staff. The campers learn diabetes self-management skills and the importance of counting carbohydrates, diet and exercise. They also learn to be more independent in their diabetes management while at camp. Most importantly, they are able to interact with other children who relate to the challenges of living with diabetes.

Blue Mountain Center:

We value providing a safe environment of Christian love in which to experience God’s presence; developing an appreciation of God’s creation, promoting stewardship of human, environmental, and financial resources; lifting up God’s call to discipleship; and equipping our campers with the faith and skill needed for re-entry and living in the world outside the camping environment.

Blue Mountain Center currently employees 4 full-time employees and 30 summer staff during the 2013 summer camp season.

Great Oaks Camp

Description
Since 1972, Great Oaks has been serving the urban youth of Peoria, Illinois. Over the past decades, we have provided a free week of camp to thousands of low-income youth. In a safe, rural atmosphere, Great Oaks' staff seeks to demonstrate the love of God to children who are surrounded by drugs.
