Recreation, Park and Tourism Administration

50th anniversary logo

As the Western Illinois University Recreation, Park and Tourism Administration program begins celebrating 50 years of academic excellence, a full schedule of events is planned around the state to commemorate a rich history of providing a world class education to our students. Faculty and staff, students, alumni and friends will have numerous opportunities to join in marking the growth of the RPTA program and in planning future educational opportunities.

While the Department wishes it could provide events at no cost to attendees, it is not financially possible to do so in every case. We have set aside funds to assist alumni, friends, staff, or students who may need financial accommodation to cover registration costs. If you require any accommodations, or have dietary restrictions, please email Jeremy Robinett, jl-robinett@wiu.edu, at least two weeks before the event to make arrangements.

Thank you for all you have done, and continue to do, for the Department of Recreation, Park and Tourism Administration.

Please register for events at www.wiu.com/Alumni/
