Individual Programming

LEAP staff and facilitators encourage student-athletes to develop a relationship with program personnel the moment you step on campus. Each year a facilitator is assigned to your team and this individual can serve as your entry into LEAP programming.  However, you do NOT have to work with your team's assigned LEAP facilitator. All services are 100% free to WIU student-athletes.

We offer 1:1 performance enhancement sessions centered around what will improve your performance the most.  A few of the activities that we can help with include:

LEAP staff also are available to help with conflict resolution, teammate concerns, coach-athlete relationships, transition into/out of college sports, and a variety of personal concerns.
